ID help request, what is this Argie?

Does anyone have any info on this one, hoofs say Hasbro and Made in Argentina. The material is really soft and tale really thin. I've searched the net but found nothing but some similar on eBay that were fakes. Is it possible that this is a fake even if it has the Hasbro on hoofs?

She is a fakie and they only seem to come from Argentina! She is a fake which was made using a Hasbro mould. The factory didn't remove the Hasbro and Argentina stamp under her feet when she was made.

She comes in a variety of different colours and was sold in little plastic bags with a cardboard label across the top.
