Lady Lovely Lock Silkpup HELP!!!

I won  this girl on Evilbay last Sunday for only 1.33 euro  I received her today morning  I have no clue about this toy line , I was searching for some infos, but couldn't find anything specific ...

She is Mattel toy, right?? So why there is no Mattel stamp on her like I have on other puppy???
Her stamps are :
TCFC INC 1986 ,Mexico
???

Lady Lovelylocks was technically made by Mattel-  but since they were made for and licensed by American Greetings- (and not Mattel) they are stamped "Those Characters from Cleveland" (which was a subdivision of AG).  SO that is what is stamped on the bottom of Silkypup, the dragons or the kittens, and on the backs of the dolls. TCFC.  I think on the back of the doll's heads is also Mattel, because it was not a unique mold.

That cat is not from Lady Lovelylocks.  If it is made by Mattel it is probably a "little pretty kitty" or puppy-  they looked similar to the Lady Lovelylocks cats, but smaller, and have symbols on their hips (like ponies).

Galactica is right; the green puppy with pink hair is a Little Pretty puppy (I think that's Bitsy Bouquet). Her link will take you the best resource I know of for identifying them. I think Little Pretties (especially the babies, like your puppy) are super cute and I have a collection myself.

Yep, Silkypup is her own person. But it looks like you'll be starting a Little Pretty Puppy collection.
