I will avoid the new FL doll because I already know she will be waaayyyy out of my budget. And Soom should be opening up a free choice event in the next couple of weeks and I'm saving to hopefully I'll be able to order something from that.

Damnit, fairyland! I can't. I just paid off my first doll purchase since January,  $4 now I'm on bed rest in the hospital until baby arrives. No wiggle room in the budget at ALL. Damn damn damn.

She is a 3D printed MLP BJD base I got off Shapeways. 
Little warning:  I have had to make adjustments to get the front knees to bend properly.

That Fairyland centaur looks wonderful, I too love the small tufts of fur around the joints.

I played with my boy dolls today. Dimitri, the oldest doll character I have, decided to change his wig and his hair color and style all the same time. His twin Camille, my Volks Yugiri, also got a new wig because of this. I'm so glad I had many extra wigs so that I didn't need to buy and wait for new wig for either of them.

Here's Dimitri in his new wig. Dimi is a Volks Sakaki and the wig is in the color "BlackBerry" from Leeke.

I'm excited for soom's free choice event I'm finally going to be able to order a Feny in a tan shade. I wish they had a slightly darker shade of resin available, but I'll take what I can get. It's the last soom doll I need for my 4-seasons quartet

I have an adorable Hujoo Freyr sitting beneath my Christmas tree that I can't open for 26 more days.
I'm so excited!  ...And impatient. lol

I hope that wait is coming along well! I'll be having Freya under the tree this year. She's going to be my first strung BJD, so I'm super excited too. I actually was going to go with Freyr as well, but they didn't have him in white lol. I hope you enjoy him! He's so adorable.


Help me though, you guys! I went from having ONE doll planned for this year to getting 3 within 3 months. It's like a snowball effect. But hey, at least I did manage to have only one for a year!

At least one of them was the doll that was planned for all along. Now my worry is how I'm going to spend time with all of them! I don't know how people with many dolls do it. I'll be up to 4 after I open Freya.
