I am so over the moon- she poses soooooo well, her joints are amazing.  I have been collecting accessories and outfit pieces for her for years, so now I finally get to start putting things together!

Love the new additions!!!  NoD, I know that you were saving that wig forever.  I'm glad you finally had a chance to use it on someone!  She looks amazing. 

I haven't had a chance to really take any photos in forever.  And it's too bad because it was a gorgeous fall AND Coralie's custom-dyed alpaca wig is freaking amazing!  The only photo I have is from my phone though!

Maybe that will be my weekend project.  Pictures of dollies.  I've been home sick all week (pneumonia, of all horrible things) and I have cabin fever.  I'm finally starting to feel like I'm starting to bet better, but I'm supposed to take it easy.  I have Christmas presents to sew, but other than that nothing.  Photos count as taking it easy, right? 

I also finally have an outfit that I like for Amber!  Poor thing just turned 3 (she was my second BJD and the one that really opened the floodgates for me) and I've never had a cute outfit for her because she's such an oddball size.  But my grandma gave me a little Mini American Girl Doll that she's had around her house for ages for patterns and such and after a few weeks, I decided to try her dress on Amber.  It fits her perfectly!  Now I just need to find a wig that I don't hate for that poor doll.  She's on her 4th pair of eyes and I'm finally happy with them.  But I just haven't ever found a wig that suits her perfectly.  This is better than her first one, but it still makes her look like an egghead lol.  Still, she looks so cute in the dress!

I have my first two pairs of Mako eyes coming to me soon and I'm planning on putting them in Briar and Leif.  Briar has fine eyes already, but she's one of my favorites and I want to spoil her lol.  Poor Leif is gigantic and amazing and sexy, but also bald, blank, naked, and blind.  So he's getting the other pair.  Currently looking for a wig for the poor man.  And clothes.  Except I hate to cover his sext self up.    I do want to get him a faceup and body blushing soon though.

Why is it when you have money to spend you can never find what your looking for. I'm hoping to find a used Pukifee for around 200 maybe a bit more so I can have money for a wig and such. Unfortunately no one is selling right now.

I don't usually have that problem, lol.  Never any money! 

But I just experienced that sad, sad moment when you fall in love with a doll out of your league. I don't have problems paying $300+ for a doll. I have a few who cost me closer to $450. But I've never passed the $500 mark (though two of mine came close). But I just saw a photo of a beautiful doll modeling a wig on the BJD Adoption Facebook page and asked who she is. Just my luck, she's a Volks. So now I am pining for Volks Super Dollie Coco.  I was going to save for a Smart Doll, but now I want both!    Maybe I'll try to limit my 2016 to two dolls lol.  I'm not sure if I'll be able to get them both though.  Holy price tags!

Oh really. All the ones I've seen have been priced above what a new one would cost.

I'll have to keep a closer eye out.
