Thanks for the info, everyone. Waiting is going to be hard. :)
Also, I'm definitely going with long, black, and wavy for her wig, but I have no idea what "look" I should go for when deciding her clothes! : 0

I know that feeling! Sometimes I have a certain idea in mind for a doll's style but then when I actually get them it all changes! So I've tried to stop worrying about it too much until after I've had the doll a while.

So I'm getting a resin Enchanted Doll!  I'm pretty excited- I have been on the waiting list for more than 2.5 years...  and Marina closed the list sometime back (not sure when).  I didn't really think I'd ever get a doll since after the few orders of resins that went out, she got bored of making resin dolls and stopped doing them except she always seemed to have 3 or 4 at on of her gallery shows (not usually in the US).

The downside? Marina is no longer doing the painting- so I have to send her to a faceup artist. I've decided on AngelToast who does a pretty amazing job (and who is actually in the US). Also-  I am beyond broke.  Had to sell dolls like crazy to pay for her- luckily she allows a 2 month layaway.  I still feel a little ridiculous paying too much for an unpainted resin, but I don't think I'll get the opportunity again, and for me an ED is the grail of all grail dolls, so I don't think I'll regret it...

She's on her way right now!

That's awesome Galactica - congrats!

Just a quick piece of advice with angeltoast. I'm not sure if you've used her before, but if you know what you want for your faceup,  BE. VERY. SPECIFIC. Like way more than you might even think you need to be. She does stunning work but from my experience and what I've heard from a few other people the end result doesn't always match quite what was asked for. Still absolutely beautiful and top quality work, but different from what was wanted or expected. I'd hate for you to run into that problem on such a pricey and rare grail doll. So just something to keep in mind.

Aaaand my new girl is here! I have had this wig forever and was hoping it would work for her. In person I'm a bit iffy on it, but it photographed really well!

Leaning towards the name Fiona. For some reason that's the name she's giving me.

thank you thank you ^_^ I've had this steampunk outfit waiting for her for quite a while too! It fits her just about perfectly. Her skin is just.. grey? I'm sure she'll always look different colors haha.

I am SUCH a sucker for steampunk, seeing as how the only pullip I've splurged for was Aurora, and I can safely say that your dress looks amazing with that grey skin! Her faceup is gorgeous too, and it complements her wig color beautifully.

The more I think about it, the more I'm leaning toward lolita/pastel goth for my doll. It seems like the Jadoo face mold just lends itself to pouty-looking characters. : )
