Can anyone identify this little plastic pony please?
« on: April 08, 2015, 12:09:55 AM »
I had a small, all-plastic pony figure in the nineties that I keep remembering, and am really curious to what it was. I don't recall a symbol so I don't think it was mlp. Here is a little pic of what I believe she looked like:

The pony was white with (I think) red, yellow & blue hair.
She was rubbery and hollow, and there was a hole on the underside of the base about the size of a marble.
The pose was kinda condensed (similar to the picture), with no gaps between the legs or the base.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Could it have been some sort of pencil topper?

I thought Petite too because of the pose not sure about the colors. The lack of symbol might be from rubbing or wear which I remember mine got like that as a kid.

Thank you all for the suggestions!

Nope the hole at the bottom was much too big for a pencil, was sorta rubbery but not an eraser.
I'm not very familiar with petites but maybe it was a fakie of one? Are petites around 5cm tall?

Petites don't have multicolored hair, do they?

Stampers look like that but they have a stamp on the bottom so no hole in the base.

No star on the forehead? Looks like Starlite to me and I'd guess it to be a stamper too.

Thanks ponycake, unfortunately she's not a Starlite or a stamper.
I'm guessing she is a fakie based off a petite, but bigger in size. (I may have to do a search through all our old toys packed underneath the house, perhaps she's still down there.)

Could she have been a pencil sharpener originally?  I had a couple of fakie MLP pencil sharpeners of around that size when I was small.  Not in those colours but that's what this reminded me of.
