Some countries have really decreased in value, however other have stayed the same. French ponies are just as tickle as they've always been!

I have just checked Argie Heart Throb out I think she is a re-hair 

Her mane is somehow glued on and her tail has a pretty little bow holding it in place

Her tail does look suspicious with that ribbon! The colour and texture look wrong for argie hair and it doesn't match the conditions of her body either. Do you recall where you got her from? There was a spate of unmarked repaired ponies on ebay a while back
