I'm really getting worried about my box, there's been no update to the tracking since like the 22nd when it said arrived in partners country. I dunno what to do about it...

Ladies, if packages never arrive don't worry.  You're not responsible for what the PO does with the boxes.  You shipped and that fulfills your obligation in the swap. 

If it happens that a box just never shows up, I will make a replacement for the intended recipient if you are unable or unwilling to do so (because it's not like you just whip our a plush in 15 minutes and go about your merry way! ). 

But let's not think about that just yet!  International shipping is always a beast!

Don't spose its stuck in customs and gathering a fee? Depending on where its going, of course.

I have no idea how find that out. :\  Skeen, at this point can we just reveal who our partners are so that if they can track from their end they can? 11 days of no word on my box has me pretty worried that my partners customs may have it in lockdown or something. :\

Did you declare the full value (ie, what you would sell the plushie for) on the customs form?  Just curious.
