rediscovered my Baby Simba!

Back in about 94 when the Lion King came out, I bought a super soft baby Simba cub plush.  And over the years I had convinced myself that I sold him. But yesterday I was digging around in the attic and found him!  My baby Simba from about 6th grade is back!  Sadly the heat hasn't been nice to him, but I rubbed him down with a Bounce fabric softener and he softened up a bit.  Now all I need to find is my life size Togepi!  He's been missing for a VERY long time too.

Thanks!  There's still more bags of Beanie Buddies in the attic and I'm quite positive he's in one of them.  I'll snap a pic of baby Simba tomorrow or tonight, my phone is recharging at the moment.

The little tuft of fur on his head is a bit matted, but he's soft again now that I tossed him in the dryer in a pillow case with a bounce dryer sheet in with him.    I'm very happy I found him!

I looked on Amazon to see if there were any for sale, and there was a used one for about $50!  I was so shocked.

I used to have a huge full grown Simba plush, but I sold it a long time ago.  :/  I miss it.

I love finding old childhood toys. That's my favorite Simba plush! I had three at one point but one sadly disappeared when I moved. Still have the other two though.

OMG, such a happy story! I am still in search of many of my childhood toys -- including a very rare Lisa Frank doll that goes for several hundred dollars now. :/
