white bonnet? skirt? apron? with strawberries and pink trim

gold . . . scarf?

white and teal veil or headdress?

Yes the white and teal hat is from 1st Edition Jem/Jerrica.  It is part of the "Jerrica" outfit.

The gold and orange hair piece is from 1991 Hollywood Hair Teresa (Barbie doll).

The white and pink skirt is strawberry shortcake if it has strawberries on it (hard to see in pic).
