In minty condition I would say $20-25; with her issues perhaps $12-14?

I just recently bought one from the Uk in good condition for $18,50  And I love her!  She is such a sweetie

I paid about $15 for one with a tail cut. It's a different issue than what is present on yours, but I'd say that wouldn't be unrealistic. I think she still would look quite nice when cleaned up!
