Does anyone know how to remove G4 marking over eyes?

Hi, I want to buy a Bon Bon/Sweetie Drops figure and a Skywishes figure, but I do not like the markings over their eyes. Does anyone know a safe way I can remove their markings without smearing the poor pony?

I once read a tutorial for removing the black outlines from a Design a Pony that recommended holding the pony upside down to do the bits around the eyes, so that you can 'erase' upwards from the hairline and gravity is against your hand, helping you not go too far.

I have seen a couple people recommend cutting out tape in the shape of the eye and eye lashes, putting it over the eye, and then removing the exposed paint.

I wonder if you could use some kind of masking fluid (like the kind for watercolors)? Might be easier than the tape method.

Acetone and a Q-tip? Thats what im fixin' to do. Be carefull with the eyelashes!

I agree acetone to remove is the best idea. But I would also ensure to cover her eye with masking tape to ensure you have backup in case the acetone runs a bit. A cotton bud/q-tip to gently brush the paint off and always wiping away from the paint you want to leave in place.

I believe in one of the other threads about tidying them up, someone mentioned using a toothpick for the trickier places.
