My SIL gave this to my daughter. It's a necklace but only marked made in china. Any ideas?

Hm, it doesn't look familiar and I look at a lot of fakie info. If no one else here recognizes it as MLP, I would guess a fakie though!

I can say for sure it is a fake I think it is called a pony luv or along that line, they did minis, with brush able tails, pencil toppers, and necklace ones.
