Unidentified G1 Merch?? Large Blue & Pink Plastic Half-Circles "My Little Pony"

I found these large blue and pink pieces of plastic that say My Little pony on them in a lot of G1 ponies.  Any idea what they go to?? I've never seen anything like them before.  I included a G1 brush in the picture for size reference.  Sorry about the awful picture quality.  Thanks for any insight!

That is exactly what I was thinking, looks like the tops to my MIB Princess Royal Pink/Purple. I figured those were cardboard though.

Yup, as others have already said they are box tops.  The blue one came with the pony bride.  They're super cool to have.  I have a few sets in my collection.

I immediately thought packaging too, cool to know where they came from.

In that same lot I have a pony bride with a partial box (now a complete box) and a Sweet Sundrop with the same.  Thanks!!

I love these! As others have said they were for any of the ponies that came in those semi circle boxes They were actually intended to be used as display stands for the ponies. Congrats on them! They are very hard to track down - probably because they were often thrown away as part of the packaging.

Awww looking at this makes me wish I didn't throw mine out when I was a kid! (I had the purple eyelash princess) I had no idea they were intended to be display stands :/
