What now?  Is this person just confused about how bidding works? Also, my picture is generic- I haven't changed it. What do I even say to this? This person has 14 feedbacks, I have 640...

Do you have 2 profiles on here. I was trying to bid on one and it keeps jumping up. It's the same exact pictures on both profiles. If you keep jumping the price up then that's completely wrong. In stead of jumping the price you need to set a reserve.

I am confused. Are you saying the picture you are using for your auction is a stock photo? If so then I would say the buyer is confused because he is most likely seeing the same photo for two separate auctions, even though they are different sellers.

No, the picture on my profile is a generic photo. I think the buyer is confused because some other bidder was outbidding him, and thought it was me with another account doing it?

Ahh...I would explain to her then you are using a picture that is available for anyone to use. Then tell her to check the user ID's and location for both of the accounts.
