Dollyhair for Ponies Question

Hello there, I'm wondering how much dolly hair (average) is needed for rehairing a G4 pony.

Is one hank of hair enough? Or does it have to be more? :o

1 hank would be more than enough to do a G4!  You could probably do 3-4 G4s with one hank depending on how long you make the hair.

I can attest to this!    I've easily done 3-4 G4's from one hank, or used lots of little bits of hair for one pony also!  I think the small brushables usually have ~50 hair holes if you don't add more for bangs or thicker hair or such.

G4's are the best for rehairing when you only have left overs from hanks, they have tiny tails which helps also

I went and had a look for you, and the stock pics I found of her weren't very clear so I asked a friend to grab some pics of the Twilight Pink in her collection and pulled out my hair box

The tail looks like Water Nixie and Amethyst.

This looks like Razzle Dazzle, Heart Throb and Passionfruit to me. The oranges are all far too orange (Mandarin, Nectarine, Old Satsuma and new Satsuma) but the passionfruit looks pretty close to me

Water nixie and amethyst is what I got correct but not her mane colors (I already ordered her hair last night) plus Passionfruit is sold out unfortunately 6_9

I like to leave G4 hair long and widen their tail hole so I normally use 1 hank for two G4, but I agree that one hank is enough for 3-4 if hair is used more sparingly. ^^
