plush bear with flocked plastic face - Update, I bought her!! (pic)

I was in a little antique store yesterday and I ran across a really cute plush bear.  I didn't buy it, but I am hoping to get an id.  I know I have seen the style before, could be 80s or 90s, maybe even more recent..

The bear was white, had a flocked plastic face, and a dress.  There was a name stitched on her foot, I think Beary lou.

Anyone know what I am talking about?  I would love to just place these bears in my head, it's bugging me!

I did try ghost of the doll, so far I have had no success.
