T-Shirt Fund raiser question
« on: January 17, 2015, 06:51:47 AM »
Okay where or who on the web would you use if you wanted to create t-shirts to make money for your organization?

The original plan was for our Robotics team to make the shirts but the captain of the team feels doing it online would be better since folks can chose their sizes.

I think doing it ourselves might net a higher profit margin (since I would be donating screen and inks and the girls supplying the labor) our only cost would be the shirts.  So I need to see how much you actually get from an online place but have no clue where to look and who does what online.

i've heard of custom ink. never used it though.

is the design really complicated?
would some thing like a stencil or foam cut out stamp work?

Thanks, they have a 800 number so maybe I shall call em and get a feel.

No a stencil or foam cut will not work.  I do have the screen so not an issue, just need time and supplies but if they do not want to do the actual screen printing work then I am not going to waste my time or money getting em.

If you already have the screen, then maybe find a local company to do them? Usually the screen set up is what makes it expensive.
