Re-glittering a pony

Can any of you lovely ponies recommend a glue I can use to re-glitter pony symbols?

I've been reading some restoration threads and they all say they use craft glue. My issue with craft glue is that it either peels off the vinyl once it's dry, or will disolve if the pony ever gets wet.

Would brushing E6000 glue on with a paint brush work, do ya think?

 Folk Art Hologram Glitter paint.  Layer of color that matches the symbol, 2-3 layers of the glitter paint and seal.

I have tried a few different glues for glittering symbols and right now I am using Hi-Tack (in the gold/bronze bottle)

Bookmarking! I tried micro nail glitters but they are still too big.  The glue I have, Plastizap is excellent though and I would recommend it to everyone.
