Can anyone help me identify this cat with rooted hair? Barbie maybe?

I think she's quite darling! She appears to have mlp-like eyes, and a letter "B" as a symbol.. looks as if it might be from a Barbie set? If anyone knows where she's from, please let me know 

While I'm posting, I saved a pic a while ago of another little cat, but silly me forgot to note where it came from..

Yes that rooted hair cat is a 1994 Mattel Barbie cat figure  Though I'm not sure which Barbie/play set she came with

Edit: A quick Google search tells me she's a Barbie Pretty Lovin' Pet

And Sebby, I thought that too, but it looks to have different eyes than the in my pocket series (which I think have printed eyes) Unless it is an older generation? I'm not too familiar with them.

I saw some in my pocket dogs with plastic eyes at TRU. I didn't see any cats but that doesn't necessarily mean they didn't make them.
