I love how VAs can cover so many characters like this - it just makes things cool when you see all the parts so many of them have played.

Nah, Gusty was insisting Shady was "bad luck" and would mess anything up even before she got Smoozed, ha ha!  She could be pretty mean.  Keepin' it real.

Some modern kids shows do pretty well at showing the rougher side of people (without condoning meanness).  I think they're actually a lot better than the 80s shows in that regard.

I didn't know Gusty and Bart were voiced by the same person! That's an interesting little piece of info, thanks for sharing!

That was the smooze talking.  It premeates the cerebral cortex, making the victim the open to irritability.  As it--spreads, comes mania, and death.

I personally loved Gusty's personality on the show and still do.  She was the bruiser of the group who didn't take things lying down.  Her pony herself is much more demure, but there really wasn't a unicorn pose that said "I'm gonna knock you into next week".

That's a shame. There shoulda been. Maybe head lowered, ears back and squinty eyes getting ready to charge
