Best Thrift find ever! well for me.

I went out hunting for a small table to set my newly acquired sewing machine on. (first one that's ever been mine.)
and well i found this table.

perfect size, and even had the cool grill for pedaling an old sewing machine on the bottom.
had some awesome drawers and even a box of attachments inside.

how awesome is that!!! don't know if it works, but its so cool and just stores away. probably still use my new machine for the plushie and cosplay projects i have coming up, but i still want to try it. man! i love coll old stuff like this. the wood needs to be refinished pretty badly, but it will be fine for now.
even got to use a 20% off coupon. so i got it for less than 25$ so excited!!!

That is so cool! My aunt had an old singer just like that, whats the name on yours?

If you wanted, you could probably actually still use it, those things are so heavy duty that it might only need slight repairs xD. my aunt had hers refitted to use an electric pedal. I never liked using it because it wasnt as sure footed as newer sewing machines xD and I always managed to jam it haha.

Wow!  That's so cool!  I have one like that which I inherited from my Grandma, but I dunno if it works.  You should totally try it out and report back if it still works!

I know the excitement you feel!
I got a proper sewing machine back in September, I never realized the difference it would make until I used it.
Before that I was using it on a regular crafting table. I didn't realize how much less it would bounce around and wiggle once it was IN a table rather than on it.

That table looks really awesome and vintage too! Totally rad!
