Favourite dinosaur?

Well, I made this thread so I obviously have to check out people¡s opinions, and as far as yours is, Spinosaurids can be really cute, even if they look like your everyday Primeval beast.

Brontosaurus. Yes, I know it is not real. No, I do not care.

  ME TOO!!! I remember growing up I always loved the Brontosaurus and still to this day I refuse to acknowledge that they decided it doesn't exist. It does in my mind!!!

It still exists, though they call it "Apatosaurus" these days (they've made exceptions previously, and considering that at the time they renamed it this was probably the single most popular dinosaur in the world... yeah, this should've been an exception).  But like both of you I like Brontosaurus better [I was going to answer with 'ApatosaurusBrontosaurus (I don't care what they call it, it will always be the Thunder Lizard to me)' but you both beat me to the punch].  Robert T. Bakker has been trying to get one of the Apatosaurus species reclassified back to Brontosaurus but has had no luck in doing so.

So Brontosaurus/Apatosaurus is definitely #1, followed by Ceratosaurus, Parasaurolophus, and Dilophosaurus, and Lambeosaurus.

No, it doesn't. They gave it a new head. I liked the old head better, whether it belonged to it or not. He was cuter that way.

Huge dinosaur fan over here, and apart from all of the famous Jurassic Park dinos, Allosaurus has always been a favourite of mine because even though he was around in the Jurassic Period, if I was to compare him to T-Rex he was a more effective killing machine (what with a decent arm length) perhaps not as stong a jaw but still very powerful.  Never really thought much of Spinosaurus..people forget that he was mainly a fish eater and not that bad ass at all really lol

Parasaurolophus! And pretty much for the same reasons Nightbow said.

Edit: I should also mention the sauropodsn the family apatosaurus is from. These guys were HUGE! Apatosaurus was actually one of the smaller ones, aside from its weight. The fact that creatures this size even existed fills me with awe. It boggles the brain to even imagind the scale of these guys!

Triceratops and other ceratopsians are my favorites. My dream job as a child was paleontologist.

Coming in a close second is the Spinosaurs.

Any type of raptor, definitely, but mostly any badass looking one.
