I know I've seen this picture before and probably have read a thread about it but I don't remember.

This is sooo cute. Does anyone actually have one? Or know the details about it?

Hi! If it *was* made, it was part of the retro merchandise wave that happened c. 2003 I think? Applejack and Sundance were heavily featured (there were bobbleheads of both). Note the MLP logo is the 1987+ one, which alerts us to the fact that this isn't 1980s (since I'm a purist, it bothers me tremendously that the retro merch in the 2000s and 2010s has almost all featured the 1987+ logo, despite focusing almost exclusively on ponies that came out pre-1987. In addition to it being correct, I  greatly prefer the original logo. Tangent complete.). I've never seen this for sale though, so I'm afraid I can't help you as far as if it was actually available.
Looking for CF Minty, excellent condition! (and maybe Snuzzle and Blue Belle)

Thanks! Knew it was a retro piece, and I feel like I read before it never made production, idk if I'm inventing or not. :P I have some of the vintage ones, all so adorable.

So much want for this though! Makes me want to beg with the company to produce it/more.

I've never seen it for sale so I guess collectors are really holding onto them (I have a Rainbow Brite one in the same style from that year). By the way, speaking of the first G1 reboot, what ever happened to the subscription service for the MLP figures? I remember people posting about being really let down by the rearing firefly one with real hair...

Oh, you really should post pics of your G1 snowglobes, it's been so long since I've seen one :)

Man did it take me FOREVER to track down that Hamilton Firefly figurine. And the Arena member who sold her to me said the same thing, she waited ages for it to come up for sale herself.

I guess people thought they were ugly (I think they're wonderful, odd but I love odd merchandise so it's treasure to me) and canceled their orders for Firefly. Demand wasn't there so they didn't produce more. And thinking of that makes me want to cry. hahahaha. Shh, don't think about all the other cute ones you could have had, Jen.

Dug through my Instagram to find my Bowtie Snowglobe. :) I found a snowglobe collector who had her for sale. I told him to contact me if he ever found another and months later he sold me Lemondrop too! I haven't taken a picture of her but someone else has a pic up.

Here's my Bowtie.

Years ago I bid on some MIB seapony snowglobes, wish so much I saved those pictures, omg, GORGEOUS items. The prices were super high, in the hundreds, so I didn't win them. If I  had another chance they'd be mine.

Oh my gosh I think I had one of those globes when I was little, but I always thought it was a fakie so I didn't keep it :O
I just remembered, they DID make a Glory figure as well. Wow I can't believe it's been so many years since then *lol*

:OO

And yep! First Glory, then Firefly. I actually like Firefly more even if she does have a weird neck and pose. :) Glory comes up for sale every now and then, Firefly like never. I wonder who else they would have made.

The new retro stuff is cool too but it's far from anything like the original, and alll the same poses over and over again. The early 2000s had some good retro stuff, wish that was going on still.

Hmm I don't believe that Snowglobe was ever actually made.. I could be wrong but I have never seen it IRL or in anyone's personal photos. Sorry, I'm not more helpful.

But I do love the G1 snowglobes, they are great! :D

That is precious!! Too bad they didn't use Bubbles for the sitting pony, but I'm not complaining. The sculpt is gorgeous!

Wonder if they'd consider it if a bunch of us expressed interest? *dreaming*

Bubbles and Seashell would be amazing. I love both Applejack and Sundance and would adore it anyway though.

I remember them saying sunbeam was planned next! I so wish she was made! :(

Oh yeah, I remember the Applejack and Sundance bobbleheads.  And I thought I was the only one bothered by them using the "wrong" G1 logo (my less favorite of the two, too), ha ha!

I was on the subscription list for the Hamilton figures, but I canceled it after I got Glory.  She was terrible.  IIRC her symbol was a sticker.  Not what the advertisement for her suggested at all.   I think the only two made were Glory and Firefly.
