Princess ponies

I have recently decided that I would start exploring the generations before G4 and have gone head first onto G1s. I do my self have a few G1 ponys ( pillow talk , steamer , firefly ,cotton candy) but non of the beautiful princess ponys that I just came across. But my question is who are or is you favorite princess pony/ ponies.

Princess Tiffany :) I had the episode 'The quest of the princess ponies' on VHS as a kid and i loved her in it. I never had them as toys as a child, but i loved the set purely from that video :) Plus Tiffany's pure white colour scheme is so beautiful :)

My favorite as a kid was Primrose but I am rather attached to Taffeta now.  It's the multicolored tinsel, I think.

My favorite princess was whichever one became princess that day due to the story I came up with!  :lol:  I think at one point it was GSHS Twinkler because she married Usagi Yojimbo (the Ninja Turtle).  I was a very creative child.  :lol:

Overall, I'm not keen on the G1 princess ponies (not sure why, they're just not my 'thing') but Misty does have a really nice colour scheme; purple ponies are one of my weaknesses.

Princess Tiffany is my personal fave, she's so elegant.  She's been one of my faves since I was a kid.  :lovey:  I also really like Princess Serena, although sadly I do not have her!

Princess Serena and Baby Princess Sparkle are the cutest of all the regular princesses to me, but my absolute favourites are the Mexican Prince ponies. Prince Ruby (variant of Princess Dawn), Prince Sapphire (variant of Princess Misty) and Prince Emerald (variant of Princess Moondust). I have Prince Ruby in my herd, the only royal pony I have so far. :heart: I think I also spy them near the upper border of pinkkittywinks' amazing pony pile...you can tell the Princes apart because they are the only ones without tinsel ;)
