I have this hair clip but can't find who it belongs to, any ideas?

How curious   The dance and prance ponies came with bow tie clips that had tinsel in them, but none that I saw (having just wiki'ed) match that?

I like a good mystery    One of the accessory gurus will hopefully come along soon

Is it possible that the clip and the hair were just mixed and matched?

I know I've had a look everywhere. My husband said perhaps they have been swapped but it hasn't it's all original. Also it was just mixed in with a lot from a childhood collection so unlikely that it's been doctored in any way.
