Help identifying G1 accessory

I won this in a lot earlier this week and was wondering if anyone knew what it was. It looks G1 to me but I don't recognise it.
Sorry for the fuzzy pic, I will get a better one when it arrives but I'm too impatient to wait.

No clue... could it be G2?

No, it's part of a G1 cup topper. It should be inside a clear dome that goes on top of a cup. It spins when you drink out of the cup's straw.
