I have nearly finished my collection to the point where it represents my head canon, which is what I am aiming for.  I took the sheet off my display cabinet last night and just lay there looking and mentally planning what my displays will look like when I get to my new home.  My main G1 cabinet will include everything apart from wingers, boys, brush 'n' grow and the second-round rainbows which are my favorite and need to be somewhere where I can appreciate them more. I will need shelf space for G3 and G4 too, I mainly look at these in photos because they are currently in storage.  I am so grateful for my collection and the time I have had in the last two years to build it up.  It represents a safe mental space that I have created and can constantly draw on in my life to help feel calm and secure. It really seems to work for me in that way.

Ponies also are happy creatures - and have a great ability to cheer me up!
I'm thankful for that.

I am thankful that ponies make me smile, especially the ones given to me by family and friends because they show that people are thinking about me.

I'm thankful for my ponies and all the joy they have given me over the years!  I'm also really thankful for the amazing MLP community!  You guys are all awesome!

I'm thankful for the nice childhood memories that I get from G1 ponies, and the escapism I get these days from diving headlong into colourful-horse-nerding when things get too nasty out yonder in the real world. Most importantly, though, as others have already mentioned: I am hella thankful for the community - so many lovely people!

I'm thankful for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.  Without that show, I wouldn't have gotten into collecting ponies, thus I wouldn't have joined this site, meaning I wouldn't have started collecting G1s, and I wouldn't have made the amazing friends that I have in this community!

I'm also thankful that I'm able to afford all of the wonderful ponies that I have.

I am thankful for my childhood memories, and the personalities all of my childhood ponies have.

I'm thankful just because ponies exist, they're with me since I can remember (my first ponies were G2). They're, no matter what generation is it, all so colorful and bright, so positive, cheerful and always kind. They're super pretty and even though they're basically made for girls, it's almost impossible not to love them no matter who you are. Even my boyfriend who didn't like ponies and kept saying they look like alien horses now watches FIM and G3 movies with me and he says our ponies are our family and that he loves them. They just always know how to make both of us smile.

I am thankful that ponies were even made! They are so cute and bring back a lot of good memories!

It's less about the ponies more about the community I found through ponies.

I found a new group of friends that have supported me through the worst times I've ever had. If it weren't for the reboot with Friendship is Magic, I never would've found these friends and have gotten through some of the dark times.

So thank you. Not only to MLP Arena but to the bronies I've met in my area. You've done more for me than you can ever imagine.

I'm thankful that we're all enablers of each others pony addiction! Yeah, it all goes with that whole feeling of being a part of a community of people that understand each others sanity and insanity when it comes to these lovely creatures...
