As you can see Angel is fully prepared and is effectively hogging all the carrots, while Fluttershy shows her love and care for her creature friends by keeping close her First Aid kit!

ENTRY 5:

Grandma's house

Grandma Seashell has started knitting up warm clothes for everyone, preparing for winter. Mr S took the baby ponies out to collect some berries and wood for the fire, in case there was an emergency during a cold winter, and the food would be running low. Gladly the knitted clothes, scarves, hats etc kept the ponies warm outside. They were joined by some forest animals. The newborns were helping grandma, and now preparing a meal for the ponies returning from outside.

ENTRY 6:

Complete with fire, rabbit, and lots of extra firewood in case of a winter emergency. Ribbs and Baby Woolly make a great pair to prepare for winter! Ribbs is in charge of the nice toasty fire and Woolly shares her wool so the ponies can knit nice warm scarves and hats.

ENTRY 7:

Stocking the Pantry

In preparation of the upcoming winter season Port-o-Bella and Pearly Pie are making sure the pantry is well stocked in case of a blizzard. Out the window Cherry Blossom is checking to make sure they picked up plenty of oatmeal. Such an important staple for everyone.
Port-o-Bella is wearing her hat. Below the grey cat on the windowsill is a plush pink rabbit. Seems one of the foals left the toy in the kitchen.

You should find; a pony wearing a hat, something the ponies may need in a winter emergency (clothing and food), and a squirrel or rabbit (both actually!). I also have sunset shimmer in there; maybe she could be representative as "a cosy fire"?

My ponies are stocking up on wood for the winter! (and having a small fire to burn some leaves). They have an emergency supply basket with water, blankets, a radio, a phone, and more!
Mr Squirrel is overseeing them carrying a large branch (he is kind of in the shadows, between and behind Tex and WigWam, wearing his santa hat!
Tex hat may not be a typical winter hat... unless you know my dad lol! He wears his cowboy hat all winter!

Baby Bright Bouquet gives her friend Gusty a hand made scarf to keep her warm as she sets up her winter bed of hay. With a gathering of fire,  Gusty and her rabbit friend will be safe and warm this winter.

Sunsparkle was out gathering wood when she ran into some cold animals. She started knitting blankets for them all but stayed far later than she planned!

Winter Campfire

It has all the things asked for with the ponies having made a fire (there is a small orange light in centre which is meant to be a flame). Also, a pony in a hat, a rabbit. The pony in the back is clearing leaves with a spade as you'd need a spade as an emergency item in winter :-)

In Ponyville started to snow, so daddy is making the first fire of the season and mom is preparing all the scarfs and sweaters. In the meantime the baby admires the pine that will be her first Christmas tree

What's going on: Sparkler and baby Cuddles cover the flowers with sheets to protect them from frost (and provide a little warmth for animal friends!) while Quarterback puts a cover on the pool.

Theme: Preparing for Winter

Fall is now a fading memory and the winter weather is starting to drift down over Dream Valley. A sprinkling of snow covers the fields & rivers and the ponies can feel a nip at their noses when they venture outside. Its time for the ponies to start getting ready for the season ahead. Unpack those winter woollens, collect wood for the fire and stock up on those yummy edible flowers; what do your ponies do to prepare for the season ahead?

Your picture must feature one or more ponies preparing for winter. For bonus points try to include one or more of the below bonus items/descriptions (bonuses are not mandatory to the theme and it may not be possible to feature them all).

Nope it doesnt have to be a real fire...think creatively - something that "represents" a fire may work as well

Serious bonus points for a real squirrel though Remember that a squirrel could appear in any way doesnt have to be real of course.
