My mom pulled this little girl out of a free box. I found some similar BINs on Ebay going for $99.99, but they could be way off the mark.

Any ideas on price? I don't think she is a counterfeit, btw -- her tag does say Sanrio, but it also says CBS toys.

She is absolutely adorable, what a great find! I collect vintage Sanrio so I can tell you that prices for items can vary WILDLY, even if two items are in the exact same condition. Based on her condition and sold listings on ebay, I would say a fair price would be between $10-$20. If you can clean her up a bit she might be more in the $25-$30 range.
