In September, I bought two ponies from you (one was for a swap, which now has to do without), I paid on September 16. Unfortunately, so far nothing has arrived. I asked you for a tracking number, but I am still waiting for any update on whether you found the number or not. I could inquire at the post office with that, but without a number they cannot do anything. My paypal deadline has passed now too, so I am out of ponies and money. I'm upset, to say the least. Especially because of your lack of communication.  :huh:

:hug:  I'm so sorry to hear this Honeycomb . she does have good feedback and I know she is also involved in a few swaps at the moment as well....
I just checked but the last time she was on here was Nov 1st  :(
Not sure if she is away or anything but I would suggest sending an email to her Paypal addy  since she isn't responding here ATM. She is more likely to spot an email  :awake:
Please let us know how it goes.
Gloomygirl, when did you last have contact from her? :what:

If anyone else here reading this has bought and not received from or not heard from her lately can you please post too?  I am giving this thread a :bump:

Well my payment is still pending because it was an e check. We have been emailing back and forth....last time was a day or two ago. Have you been emailing her Honeycomb or sending PMs??

I am sorry also Honeycomb, that is an awful long wait, with no communication.  :( I would do as Ringlets suggested and email the address on her Paypal account. It may yield a faster result(hopefully).

I have sent her an e-mail just now, hopefully I hear something soon.
Another problem is that in 18 days I will be out of the country for about one month, which means in case they might show up, nobody can pick the package up and they will be returned to the sender.

I bought from her as well the communication was a little worrisome sometimes but she said she was having a busy week. When i finally heard from her I asked her for pics and everything was super quick to answer back. I then finish the transaction on my end. A couple days later she messaged me and let me know that she had a family emergency and she was going to send my package on the way home from the hospital. I did get my pony friends in the mail pretty soon after that message on Oct. 30th. So, I think she might be dealing with life problems?? Just wanted to let you all know the information I had in case it would help. Hope you get your ponies!! :)

I got the USPS number now, but the website hasn't updated since September, and I asked at the post office, and they cannot find the package either. :( :( :(

 :huh: Wow. That is very strange...so it was never updated after leaving the original facility?? Have you contacted the seller about a possible refund??
