G4 products that look like the TV show charas?
« on: November 08, 2014, 05:12:08 AM »
I am wondering, as there are sooooooo many G4 products lately... Are there any that look exactly like the characters in the TV show? The regular ponies just don't quite look like them to me. Might just be because the hairstyles in the show are hard to do on the long hair regular pony toys.
I saw some plush toys that have their hairstlyes. They are cute, but what about other products? Any soft hair ponies?

In my opinion the best looking show-accurate G4 toys are Funkos and 4thDM plushies! None with soft brushable hair I can think of at the moment....

I like the TY plushes as a good source for brushable hair that manages to resemble their canon hairstyles, though their faces don't always look so great. :| Obviously on the molded-hair side of things there are any number of options. Blind bags, funkos, design-a-ponys, paint-a-pony statues, UK magazine freebies, 2010 gift set releases, burger king toys, and so on

For "show accuracy" I agree Funko and most of the plush with filled hair are the best bet. But thats just because it means their hair resembles the show with the Funko figures all being in pretty much the same pose its hard to say they are completely accurate.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi
