I love Nightglider, so I'm rooting for her. Plus, I predicted she would win. I'm also hoping Bowtie comes in second. I have her from my childhood, although sadly the old thing has age spots. Love her anyway!

Tough decision between Night Glider and Blueberry Baskets. I actually had never seen Blueberry before right now but that picture is just so stunning she won me over.

Such a tough choice between Bowtie and Blueberry! I picked Blueberry Baskets, she was my grail at some point, maybe a set completer too? I can't remember. She's a gorgeous pony!

Same. So far only one non-g1 pony has even broken the first round. Shame, too, because imo the later generations have much prettier and more unique designs.

Exactly -- I think it's a bit of a shame, too :/  I like the later gens more than G1. Since most folks on here like G1's so much, maybe the gens should be done separately in next year's derby.

Well, last year there was an even spread of generations, at least. Since this year's was more focused on colors than generations, it doesn't surprise me that there are many G1s.
