Thanks guys! My birthday's tomorrow for me (the 22nd) and this is I think the second or third Pokemon game that's come out the day before or on my birthday. All of them in Japan until now.

One of these days when I have the money to go back to Japan I'll be sure to schedule for my birthday week so I can grab the Pokemon Center promo. Pokemon Center Tohoku wasn't open when I was abroad.

I ended my play session last night in Slateport I started with Mudkip and named him Kipper xD I did some Wonder Trading and got a Riolu and a Houndoom I really like the pokenav thing and the Pokémon popping up in the grass. So cute!

I thought it rather fitting.

I think I may have gone a bit overboard, though. >.>' My team seems to curb-stomp everything the game throws at me. I didn't even optimize them other than a couple of TM moves from my X game, just bred a bunch of Eevee females, some with the hidden ability, some without, as my preference willed. I am reminded how utterly strong a Glaceon is.

AAAAAAND... poop. Turns out, you can't transfer mega stones with the new bank update.... I had heard you could now, but no. SOOOOO.... That was a huge loss on my part.... in a lot of ways. CRAP. ALL MY STUFF IS IN MY BAG NOW. What's gonna happen now? Do we have to find all the same mega-stones along with all the new ones?!?!

Did you know that you can trade between X/Y and the new games?  If you know someone with a 3/2DS you don't need pokebank to transfer them. I have a friend who let me borrow her 3DS to do just that, ( though I have pokebank, my 3DS doesn't always get the hotspot signal.)

Playing sapphire and I chose Treeko! Got impatient nature resetting so I just stuck with a female for breeding later.
My fave gen 3 pokémon is probably... Beldum, Skitty , Ralts, Milotic, Latios/Latias, Kyogre <33333333 can't pick just one.
Soooo soft resetting for a shiny Kyogre this time around.

I received a Leafeon on WT and I'm using it for the first time. I still haven't battled the first gym, so it will be handy.

So I transferred over a lot of the level 5 and under shiny Pokemon I had from Y version and now I don't know which team I want to use.  I CAN'T CHOOSE!

i already bred a Feebas in X, transfered her (and two others) to my Bank, put them in my Alpha Sapphire, and just waiting until I can evolve it into Milotic for team use. xD

ETA: Forgot to mention what the Pokemon Center does for your birthday that made me think my game froze.

You walk in, the lights are dark, then streamers and confetti explode and the Nurse wishes you a happy birthday. Then every time you heal she wishes you a happy birthday and the screen in back is replaced with a birthday cake. They make you feel special.

I just transferred all my Pokemon from X over to AS using the Pokemon bank.

There is one thing I really dislike about this and I know it's a minor thing, but I really liked customizing my main character! I am so disappointed they took that out of the game!

Corona, I can probably help you out. I can breed an Eevee in Y and get you a stone piggybacked on a pokemon. Since X/Y and ORAS can trade, I can have them soon!
