On ebay there was an auction including a green/blue applejack with yellow hair:

Does anyone know which one this is? Maybe someone here bought the lot?

She looks to me like one of the Columbian variants, though perhaps with an alternate hair color? Or maybe a rehair? Judging by that end price, you're not the only one who sensed something odd about the ponies.
Also, is it just the lighting or do I spy a brown Peruvian Lickety Split in there as well?

I noticed the brown Lickety Split too ;-)
I only noticed this auction after it ended, I sometimes browse through sold items, sorted on highest price first, for price reference and drool purposes.

I'd say it's colombian too. It's NC and the colors it has...

I would go with Colombian as well (and looks in pretty good nick too!). The Lickety Split though, I think it's just a mix of lighting and maybe discolouration?

I think that Lickety Split looks odd too- but wow that Columbian! What a gorgeous pony someone got!!!!

The Lickety Split definitely looks Peruvian to me, the Cotton Candy does a little as well

The lickety split is just discoloured I am afraid! All normal ponies except for the lovely Colombian lady (I won the lot)

Also interesting to note is the seller sent me a message to let me know that people had been making him offers on the pony after the auction had finished!!  Good for me he was trustworthy hey!!
