How or where can I look up the pony blind bags numbers?? Can I also look up the numbers for blind bag series 12 lego minifigures with online game code?

Strawberry reef is what I use too. You can find the codes on the bottom seam of the bag.

Speaking from experience on the Lego blind bag figures, they have codes, but they tend not to be accurate (the codes can be changed over the shelf life of the figures). Pony blind bag codes, however, stay the same. In addition to Strawberry Reef, MLP Merch also has a blind bag database, and if you have an Android phone, there's an app called "Brony MLP Blind Bag" that lists them all for easy access when you're on the go.
