I thought it would be fun to do a poll on your favorite part of customizing

I am probably in the minority, but my favorite part is full body repainting. I find it really relaxing somehow lol.

That was a tough call for me... Almost went with sculpting, but i always get an energy spike when the paintwork starts... Thats when i finally SEE results and the moment finally comes when i know if itll work or not. Depends on the project really, and what im sculpting lol

I voted sculpting, but detail painting comes in a close second.

I luv sculpting most and sadly not a fan of painting & rehairing but that's part of the work

I said symbol and eye painting mostly because I wasn't paying attention and didn't see that sculpting was an option. I would have had to think long and hard to pick between those two, though. Prepping is a close third behind those two; there is something I find deeply satisfying about thoroughly and methodically destroying something.

I said sculpting because I've been on a sculpting kick recently since I got some Super Sculpey. But I like the whole process or else I wouldn't do it!

I really like painting the symbols, but I dislike painting the eyes.  Rehairing is fun and relaxing to me, unless the body paint starts to chip around the plugs.  So I went with prepping the bait - I'm including selecting a bait in that.  I love trying to find the perfect pose for a certain design.  And it is pretty fun to boil a pony and scrape all that old mane hair out.  Is it wrong?  It just feels so satisfying

I like airbrushing the pony- so I guess I'm with you OP, but probably for different reasons.

I struggle/find frustrating the painting of eyes/symbols, struggle with sanding enough on the sculpting, but with the airbrushing, it always looks so nice and perfect...

Symbol painting!  FBRs and rehairing get SO.  TEDIOUS.

I picked Rehairing, but then that is the only thing that I have done.
