Hmm, the missing hair plugs will bring her value down.  I'd say about $400-500.  If she had more hair, she would be $700 or more.  She's still pretty.
Nirvana grails:  Reverse Gusty (upgrade), Peru Windy and Moonstone (upgrade), Brazil TAF upgrades, Argie Powder w/ white hair (upgrade), French Windy and Moondancer (upgrades), Spain TAF's, TE's, and piggies.  These are my biggest wants, but I'm looking for tons more nirvanas, especially Greeks, Brazilians, and Peruvians.  Feel free to PM me for sales or trades.  But please note that I'm also fairly picky.

The prices look good to me, perhaps take offers on her ;)

As for the missing plugs, it is really common for Greek ponies to have missing plugs at the bottom of the mane. I don't think the hair was secured very well at the end of the mane during production. Italian ponies are prone to the same thing.

I was watching your auction and it surprised me how low it ended! At about $517 it was exactly what people here were saying, but it still seems so low for a greek sitting pony!
I sold my Lamdaditsa on here back in 2009 and she went for around $1500. And Pashalitsa (Ladybird) is rarer than Lambaditsa, so wow!
Prices have dropped so much!

Its Greeks that seem to have suffered the worst of it unfortunately. I think a lot of them still hold at the low end but in general MLP prices are no where near what they were 5 or 6 years ago.

I was the lucky winning bidder :D

I agree, the Greek ponies are not fetching the prices they used to, which is bad news for sellers but good news for buyers like me - I never imagined I'd ever have Ladybird in my herd, but she now has pride of place sat next to Brazilian Bowtie ;D

I don't think she's rarer, but she seems more popular... Probably due to her symbols and ....adorableness. I do believe candle pony was the more expensive one a couple years back, no?

I thought it was the other way round with prices too?

It's definitely true about missing plugs at the bottom of Greek manes, I've seen a lot and actually my Candle Pony is the same but has a LOT more missing!

Slightly OT but it will help me and the buyer of this lovely lady out if anyone knows the answer: what is a good hair match for them? I'd love to rehair the missing plugs on my Candly pony.

I do have a pretty 'meh' condition Greek Cotton Candy and considered stealing her tail to do the rehair....  :lookround:
