ID wanted! What is this thing?

My boyfriend got this from a fleamarket not long ago.

It's the heart shaped locket/box/charm with Peachy/Cotton Candy on it. It's between the sea pony and the Perfume Puff Palace. I love it a lot but I have no Idea what it's from. Can somebody help me?

It was for the girl not the pony hair clips etc for you to wear

Yup, UK/Euro release, it came with 4-6 clips and was also available in pink.

We got 4 releases in total - 2 different colours and 2 different designs! Although the barrettes that accompany it are for children, as mentioned, it was released as part of the pony wear line. Its super cute Congrats on having it in your collection.
