What are your top-ten favorite non Disney animated movies?

 Disney wasn't the only superstar when it came to a good animated film.
In no particular order here are mine.
 1-The Land Before Time
 2-Princess Mononoke
 3-Secret of NIMH
 4-My Neighbor Totoro
 5-The Last Unicorn
 6-Howl's Moving Castle
 7-Flight of Dragons
 8-Spirited Away
 9-the old animated Black Beauty movie, heh I still have that one on tape along with Flight of Dragons.
 10-How to Train Your Dragon

I am an animated film fanatic I particularily love Disney, but some other animated films should get the spotlight too! I particularily like Studio Ghibli, AArdman, Dreamworks, and various anime films:

I finally watched this movie when I was in my college days for my film history class. I did my final thesis on the works of Hayao Myazaki and I watched a bunch of his films for it

3. How To Train your Dragon 1 & 2 (Dreamworks)

My hubby and I both like the viking setting, and Toothless reminds us of our Bearded Dragon, Bahamut.

4. Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz (Bandai/ Sunrise.)

My hubby introduced me to this movie, and I really liked it! he is very-much against the Toonami version however as it has unnecessary editing.)

5. Despicable Me 1 and 2 (Dreamworks)

6. Chicken Run (Dreamworks/ AArdman)

Another film that got me into studying films was Chicken Run. I grew up watching this movie so much that my home copy is really damaged, but still watchable

7. Pirates! Band of Misfits (Dreamworks/ AArdman)

I love the premise of the film, plus it has David Tennant in it (AKA the 10th Doctor from Doctor Who)

8. Pokemon The First Movie: Mewtwo vs. Mew (Warner Bros/ 4kids/ The Pokemon Company)

When I was young, I went to the theatre to see this with my older brother and my mom. I still have the promo Dragonite I got from going to see it in theatres!

9. Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea (Studio Ghibli)

Another Miyazaki film I watched through doing my thesis. I love the take on "The Little Mermaid" that this film did.

10. The Transformers Movie (Hasbro / Toei Animation)

Another film my hubby introduced me to, I wasn't really into boy-ascociated things like The Thundercats, GI Joe, and Transformers... But my hubby opened up my mind to all that
