Q about brushable Twistaloo

I apologize if this has been asked previously, but does the brushable Twistaloo from other people's CMC sets have different colors and shininess of their mane and tail? Mine's tail is an entirely different color and kind of hair, and I was just wondering if this was normal? Thanks all!!
