I really wish they did!  When I was a kid every time I went to the store I would just hope that they had made boy ponies and there would be a great big display of them there!  That never happened, but I always hoped.  I always wanted to have some boys in my herd just to mix it up a little bit. G3 boys would have been so cute, too, especially if they looked kind of like G1 boys with the whole Clydesdale look going on!

But it makes me wonder why Hasbro ditched making stallions for my favorite era :s and I wonder what they would look like...but oh well, there's no harm in gender bending some G3s!

They have not made many boys since G1 because they claim that they would not sell to their core audience. Sure adult collectors would buy them, but we are not who they are trying to sell to.

One of the G3 books made Star Catcher a guy pony...but that contradicted the actual toy line of course. I think thats as close as we got. In G3 pony chicks rule the WORLD MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

ahh ken... they've actually taken him away and barbie has a series of 'toyboys' now... All my niece wanted a few Christmases back was a darned Ken doll, and you think ANYONE could find one for her in stores? nope! we settled on a pink-wearing, long-haired wannabe surfer dude with some random name... she liked him though, so phew!

But back on topic... G3 boys would have been adorable! I can't help but follow the Kimono's Townhouse gender bending though! It just jumps to my mind whenever I see my Brights Brightly!
