Best Doll Forums?

Does anyone know any good, friendly forums which are just for dolls? I collect japanese pose dolls and make my own dolls - would like to get to know other doll enthusiasts and share my art work

Here. Duh.

The only other doll forums I know are very specific. Our MH Arena site is for MH dolls, DoA is only BJDs, and Dolly Market is mostly Pullips. I'm not sure about a site for all dolls. That's mostly why I hang out here.

Also I've heard from others that some of the non-Arena forums are not exactly the friendliest of places. So I am parking right here with my dollies

Dolly Sanctuary is for all dolls and is pretty friendly. Haven't been there in aaaages, though.

Castaways is for all dolls but they're not as busy as we are here.

Yeah, even the forums that on paper are for multiple lines usually end up with a specific focus.

dollydaily.com is theoretically an all-dolls forum, but the bulk of the traffic there is in the high-end fashion dolls.

Some of the 18" play doll sites have large multi-doll sections (like the American Girl Playthings and American Girl Collectors forums), and so do some of the mid-size BJD forums (like Dove Tree or Dairyland), but they all tend to be slow moving outside of their core areas of focus.

I would need to second Dollieh Sanctuary. I've found it to have a very open, and welcoming atmosphere, and they accept dolls of all kinds. Mostly the forums as split by doll size, so it's always a good idea to know what group size your doll fall under.

As for Zelfs, it would need to be Love Yourzelf, which again, has a warm and friendly atmosphere.

I agree it is very friendly here, and there are a good number of doll collectors.

I think probably Prego though is the biggest site for general doll collecting. It is very busy. Mostly it is people posting pictures of their dolls and commenting on others. It does seem to focus on 16" fashion type dolls the most, but there are plenty of other dolls too, including art dolls and BJD dolls too.
There are people on there that make clothing and wigs for various size dolls.   

The downside is that the format of the forum is very old school and difficult to read (in my opinion) and it also does take a while to get approved.
