Puppy Surprise and Friends

I found my beloved Puppy Surprise in my closet! Does anyone have an idea how much mine would be worth nowadays? I saw Puppy Surprise sets on ebay, but not the "sleepy-eyed" set, so I wonder whether its just hard to find, or if no one but me liked that one enough to buy it lol!

I have one adult mom, with her two twin puppies, and one kitten. I used to tie shoelaces around the puppies and pretend I was taking them for a walk.
The mom and puppies are from the "sleepy surprise" set, where the puppies' eyes appeared open or closed depending on the temperature. The kitten was from one of the "surprise outfit" sets, but the outfit has long since been lost (I'm pretty sure it was a sombrero and blanket). All the animals are in near mint condition.

I squeeed to see the new mommies, but I don't like the new babies near as much as the vintage ones. I probably won't buy the new ones, but its really made me want to start collecting the ones from the '90s! *looks around for sales*

Thought I would post this for anyone interested. I went to Target today and they are carrying the kitty surprises now. They even had Maple which I thought was a ToysRus exclusive. They didn't have the dalmatian dog so I am not sure if they are going to have that one or not.

I really wanted to get Maple but I couldn't spend 24 dollars on her at the moment.....oh well.......

oh dear, they're back.  I remember when I was 5 or so my neighbour ended up with 5 kittens.  I wish their heads weren't hard plastic or I'd get one.

Walmart also has Kitty Surprise. I finally got Snow. I don't know how many kittens she has yet.

I saw them at Symths here in the UK. Loved them. I had one as a little girl. I named the mum Katie. No idea what happened to them

I want a new Kitty Surprise so badly but I really want Maple and haven't seen her.  I would be okay with Snow I think but $25 is pricey right now.

I keep trying to find Sugar but only find an army of Popcorn everywhere I go. I love her pastel purple color.

My Snow had 5 kittens.  My Popcorn and Sunshine only had 3 each. The store I got Snow at only had one Snow. I didn't have my hopes up to get more than 3 this time and I got 5! 


I don't see as many Sugars as I do the other dogs. I see Popcorn the most.

Is the calico cat at toys r us still available? I can't find it on the website and checked a couple toys r us that are near me. Not cheap on ebay!
