Hello, so glad to have found a place to nurture my pony loving obsession!

My love for MLP began when I was around 3 or 4 years old and my first ever pony was Butterscotch.  Playing with and watching My Little Pony are my happiest childhood memories.

I have a few of my original ponies plus a couple I have picked up over the years but have decided to indulge my passion and become more serious about collecting so will no doubt be asking dumb and annoying questions so please forgive me.

Just a bit about me, I am based in Cornwall, UK and have 3 boys aged 3, 7 & 9 and also have 3 'real' ponies!  I run a rosette making business supplying ribbons to horse & dog shows and also produce custom rosettes & ribbons.

Thanks for listening to my mad ramblings, I don't get a chance to talk ponies much living with 4 members of the male species!

welcome to the Arena! it's lovely to have you hear. I also have fond memories of having ponies and watching the cartoons as a little girl. I have a puppy and a cat for children, and bf doesn't understand my collecting though he tries, so it's really great to be part of the arena!

Welcome to the Arena! I used to buy a lot of rosettes when running some dog shows! What a cool job to do.

Hi and welcome.  What an interesting job making rosettes!  I used to hand sew ones for our local shows and it was so much fun.  You will find many of us pony collectors also have real horses so your 3 will give you even more to talk about with everyone here

My 'real' ponies are called Jago, Sirrah & Alien (I am not responsible for that name!)  They are all Welsh ponies which I have always thought are like real life MLP!

I talk to a few others who have "real" ponies and don't collect MLP. there logic is "i have the real thing..."
which is fine. More ponies for me!
