Mexican Peachy: White Hair or Just Faded?

I got this girl at a flea market and her hair is completely white. First I thought it had faded from pink to white, so I decided to see the inside of her head, and the hair is also white.

Is it possible for the hair that is inside the head to fade? Or maybe she is a white haired version?

In the pics the hair looks a tad bith yellowish, but I think it is because I had no natural light, so I used flash. Hair is much whiter in person.

Yes, I did, and it looks white as well. Do you think the roots can fade too, even if not in direct contact with sunlight?

She does indeed look like the white haired version The yellow tint is not surprising her hair is supposed to be a creamy whitish colour. Her variation is kind of similar to the 2 different Cotton Candies. I believe there is a minor shade or two different in body colour as well. I think I have only ever seen her mentioned a handful of times - enough that there is understandable scepticism over her hair colour.

I have seen other ponies with fading pink hair that have hair white roots inside.

It's so hard to tell

I have seen a few Cotton Candy's with either a faded mane or tail in the past.
