Hi everyone! I attended the MLP Fair as Press for Everfree Network, and I was privileged enough to record an interview with guest of honor Liz Knight. It was enlightening to hear her talk about both the inspiration for and difficulties with creating ponies for Hasbro over the years.

Wow. I'm kinda surprised at the lack of interest. It turns out that Liz did more for MLP than Bonnie Zacherle did.

Interesting to remember that in the past the toy designers were more in charge, where with FiM the marketing/entertainment has a big say.

At the time I posted about the lack of interest this thread had hardly any views and was already on the second page of the forum. It just needed a bump! :-)

Folks may not know Liz Knight by name, but they should! She created so many ponies that are beloved by so many collectors.

Sometimes threads can be slow to get attention Its certainly had a lot of views now. I think it often depends on the time of posting as well as the day. If it had hardly any views on it only a few hours before I noticed that many, then it got a lot in a short period - thats great hopefully lots of people managed to also enjoy your video.

I really enjoyed listening to this and the other one you posted!  I hope you are able to get some more interviews.
