Just tried shrinky dinks

So shrinky dinks have been out forever! I remember when I was a little girl my cousins and friends all had done them at one time or another and I had never tried them. I understood the concept, I saw the commercials, I knew about them but I had never done/made any.

I mean I understood them, and I was always a little interested in them but I had never bought them or anything, I guess they  were an out of sight out of mind kind of thing. My friend (arena member Angelina) bought some with her last amazon purchase and gave it to me to make some ponies.

oh. my. sweetness. Where have these been all my life?!

what did you use to colour them?

They just used colored pencils! I tried markers but they didn't look right.

Very cute!  I used to do these a lot when I was little, but for some reason they tended to curl very badly.  I love how vivid the colors are on yours.  They look great!
