Can anyone read this Japanese CD cover?
« on: August 06, 2014, 04:57:57 PM »
Hi! My mom found this CD in a thrift store and we can't read any part of the cover or back! The songs are mostly cute songs sung by a children's choir and then a guy and a girl. If anyone can read Japanese and decipher this or shed some light on this CD, it would be much appreciated!

(Sorry about the fuzziness . . . if you can read any of the characters that you can see, that would be cool!)

Can you take a clearer pic? I can only make out natsukashii (here it's natsukashiki, can't make out the following letters) (nostalgic) and what looks like kokoro (feelings) no ("no" is possessive) uta(song)

And on the bottom yuki (snow) /sacchan (someone's name)

Compilation of nostalgic songs which some of the songs from poetry..
I roughly got it with the Chinese words printed on right. If there's a clearer picture of the title written in Japanese (perhaps in a nicer font haha) I can translate too  :)

Thanks so much for the translations so far, guys! It certainly does sound like a compilation of nostalgic, poetic songs. My sister knows a tiny bit of hiragana/katakana/kanji, and just knew she had seen the kanji at the bottom, princessluna11706, but couldn't remember what it was. Thanks for enlightening us that it's snow!

If anyone can read the titles more clearly with this new picture, that would be appreciated. :)
