I just messaged her on eBay and told her I was aware she is a scammer and that I was reporting her to paypal and eBay

   How low can someone sink huh? so we now have outright scams both buying and selling/ chargebacks, and lies via mulitple sites, and a lot more people are involved . ugh  .  It reminds me of the babysugarberry/TAFbabyApplejack/DutchBabyCat scammer from some years back.
I just hope that with this one everyone involved this time gets their money back  (you all should do)  and the cops sort her out too. Thankfully  she doesnt appear to be very smart and has info everywhere, which should help . But yeah its best to leave it to Paypal and the cops , not harrass her on Facebook even if she deserves it

This...believe me when I went on her FB page I thought about it.  There is nothing I can't stand more than a liar and a thief.

Thank you Galactica for handling the legal side of it.  There is no one better than you to handle it since you have the knowledge and background. I really hope that something can be done.

I think the advice given here is perfect. Follow the links provided and try to keep your anger in check. It won't do anyone any good to make this more complicated than it is, and by getting blocked on her FaceBook (which is just what will happen if you say anything to her) you won't be able to follow and be apprised of the newest haps in her life. She's obviously transient, so if she feels threatened enough, she'll take off from where she is right now and just go into hiding somewhere else, making finding her and charging her more difficult.

I did email her and tell her that after some consideration, I had filed an internet crime report.  I encouraged her to make things right with people.

If a federal prosecutor decides to go after her (since she is involved with cross-state and cross-country fraud), they will probably just order her to pay restitution anyway.

I am afraid that it is such petty thievery that they won't care, but the fact that she is using the internet to perpetuate fraud actually knocks her into a higher category, so there is a decent chance they will.

It's a shame she is doing this when she has a 5 year old at home.  I wish people had to pass some kind of basic test before having kids...

What's ridiculous is this is all over toys and collectibles.  That people are really that immature.  They're not scamming for food, basic necessities, or even a car or transportation, but TOYS.  And it's not wholly uncommon.  To me, it's like, if you're going to let toys and collectibles dictate your moral compass like that, you need some serious help.  That's not normal or a sign of a correctly-functioning human being.

You're exactly right about her having a kid.  Some people shouldn't be allowed to breed.  That poor child.  But then kids having kids, and you really have to wonder what sort of values this girl instilled into her.  :/

I really do feel bad for everyone that got taken in by her, I'm surprised that in this day and age, with all of the technology and everyone being connected, that someone can take it as far as she has.
